About Me

Hi, I'm Brie!
I’m an English and Spanish-speaking educator who has taught Kindergarten in Thailand, High School electives in California, and been Head of a Girl's Hostel and Kindergarten teacher in Lusaka, Zambia. Being a teacher all over the world has broadened my horizons and my viewpoints.
I love talking about all things health, primarily mental and sexual health. I'm on the path to merging my love of these two areas and empowering those around me to be more sexually confident and mentally sound. Need an anatomy lesson? I've got a stuffed vulva to show you more. Need help maintaining arousal? I've got some good toy suggestions. Can't get out of your head about sex? I've got some great mindfulness tips and tricks. I'm here to share my knowledge and love for sexual intimacy guidance, yoga sessions, mindfulness practice, relationship coaching, sex-ed curriculum building, people empowerment workshops, and everything in between.
